Place frozen mac and cheese in an oven-safe dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until the product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Microwave: Place frozen mac and cheese in a microwave-safe dish. Heat on high for 6 minutes, or until the product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Fully Cooked.
